How do fees compare to Indiegogo and Kickstarter?

ideaPledge does more, yet charges less! Other crowdinvesting sites have hidden fees and costs, and many users will end up spending over fifty-thousand dollars up front on compliance, review, and so called “vetting” of projects. Many crowdinvesting sites also end up owning part of your company. Likewise, total fees on Indiegogo and Kickstarter can reach 13% of proceeds raised. ideaPledge does not take any ownership stake in Creator projects, does not charge for vetting or review of projects, and covers 100% of compliance costs on the back end, from offering proceeds from successful projects that reach the Funding Goal. ideaPledge takes only a flat 10% for compliance costs, without any additional transaction costs or fees. So for less than the cost of running a donation crowdfunding campaign, ideaPledge creators can offer equity participation through a Reg A+ or Reg D offering to investors!
