What is the Accredited Investor Membership level?

The Accredited Investor Membership is the highest investor membership, allowing you to pledge to invest up to $100,000 in Creator Projects per year. The minimum investment for any creator project is $100, unless the Creator has chosen to create a higher minimum investment.

As with all of the ideaPledge Investor Memberships, making Pledges is 100% risk free, because Investor Members can use iP Dollars to make Pledges, a virtual currency on the ideaPledge Platform.

Once your friend’s Project reaches the Pledge Goal, the Creator will provide you with all required securities disclosures and will ask you to fulfill your Pledge.
